What's your return policy?
Q-Ray Bracelets can not be returned after the factory seal
has been broken.This policy has been adopted because all
QRay bracelets have been factory sealed for maximum performance
and appearance and cannot be resold upon return.
Take extra care in measuring your wrist.
You must order the correct size as we do not accept returns
if the factory seal has been broken. 6/04/2003
The following applies if the factory seal is not broken:
You may return the Q-Ray bracelet within 10 days of receiving
the bracelet from us. Shipping and handling will not be
refunded.
For size exchanges the bracelets must be returned within
10 business days. Shipping and handling fee's of $9.95 will
not be refunded.If we are out of stock and unable to
order more, you can be given a refund less the shipping
and handling fee's.
